Wow...thanks for posting the wildlife...great shots and I'm sure it was very exciting to see them in person.
We saw sheep, moose, and some whales when we were there, but nothing like this.
I also didn't know they had buffalo there...great! We saw them on our snowmobile cruise of Yellowstone last January...wonderfully slow, stubborn, and independent animals.
Woah, how'd you get that close to that ram? I got a few shots of them in the Grand Canyon in 05 when I rafted the river with friends, but our shots were from way off. Cool shots man. Love them.
these shots were on or right off the side of the road and the beasts pretty much ignored our presence.They lick the gravel beside the road,wonder if they salt th roads here in winter?
We are six friends set out on mission to get from Oak Ridge, TN to the Top of the World Highway(The Arctic Circle) on our motorcycles. Anchor is short for Anchorage, so wish us luck!
